Our steaks are cooked to your liking, although chef advises they are best cooked medium-rare or rare. Served with a choice of side and sauce.

10oz T-Bone Steak (g)

This steak is dry aged for 35 days in a Himalayan Salt Chamber in Co. Antrim butchers McAtamneys, to produce a uniquely sweet and flavoursome steak – £27.50

10oz Sirloin Steak (g)

This steak is dry aged for 21 days to produce a tender and relaxed cut of beef. Complemented with oven roasted vine tomatoes – £23.90

Rump of Lamb (g)
